The Beach Scene ships to Australia, New Zealand and the USA, with all orders sent using Australia Post.

Australia

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING AUSTRALIA-WIDE ON ORDERS $100+.

For orders under $59, standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping

Australia Post Parcel Post generally takes 2–6 business days within Australia. Tracking is included. 

Express Shipping

Need it a little sooner? Australia Post Express Post generally takes 1–3 business days within Australia. Tracking is included.

Express shipping is available as an optional upgrade at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

New Zealand

We ship to New Zealand using Australia Post international services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with Standard and Express options available.

International Standard

Generally 5–10 business days. Tracking is included. 

International Express

Generally 3–6 business days. Tracking and Signature on Delivery are included. 

International delivery times are estimates and do not include any time spent in customs.

USA

We ship to the USA using Australia Post international services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with Standard and Express options available.

Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we'll send you an email with your Australia Post tracking details.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to appear after your parcel has been lodged.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes provided on this page are estimates supplied by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.

Delivery can take longer during busy periods, public holidays, adverse weather, postal disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

International deliveries may also be delayed while passing through customs.

International Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid to The Beach Scene.

Customs requirements and charges vary between countries, so we recommend checking your local requirements before placing an international order.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Occasionally, parcels can take longer than expected to arrive.

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check your Australia Post tracking information first. If you still have concerns, please contact us at hello@thebeachscene.com and we'll be happy to help.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with Australia Post to investigate the matter and assist with the next steps.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
